Role Purpose:
As an Inside Sales Executive specializing in video call sales, you will be responsible for
engaging prospective clients through video calls to build relationships, understand
their needs, and present our website’s services effectively. You will play a pivotal role
in driving conversions and enhancing customer satisfaction by offering personalized,
face-to-face interaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a
proactive approach, and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Engagement : Conduct video sales calls with potential customers to
introduce our website’s offerings and answer any initial questions.
• Product Presentation : Deliver compelling presentations of our products and
services via video, tailored to each customer’s needs and interests.
• Customer Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, personalized
relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Sales Conversion : Guide customers through the sales journey and close deals
by addressing questions, handling objections, and providing clear value
propositions.
• CRM Management : Document interactions, track customer progress, and
maintain updated records in the CRM system for seamless follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge : Build a deep understanding of our products & website’s
features, benefits, and unique value propositions to communicate effectively
during calls.
• Sales Strategy Execution : Align video call sales tactics with broader company
strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, customer
feedback, and conversion rates to optimize sales efforts.
