Inside Sales Executive

Department: Channel Partnership


Reports To:Channel Sales Manager

Salary: 4-6 LAC (based on experience) plus incentive



Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our partnership programs, and helping them make informed decisions. The role focuses on building strong connections with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails while achieving monthly sales and conversion goals.



Key Responsibilities

· Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.

· Explain partnership opportunities, product benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

· Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the signup process.

· Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and conversions in CRM tools.

· Work closely with the Channel Partner Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Stay updated with product features, offers, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

· 1–5 years of experience in inside sales

· Franchise Selling experience is an added advantage

· Excellent communication and listening skills.

· Confident and persuasive attitude.

· Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
