Clovio Consulting is an emerging IT consulting firm specializing in ERP, HCM, and Digital Transformation services. We work closely with global clients to deliver value-driven technology solutions and build long-term partnerships. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 12 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services sales. The role focuses on identifying prospects, nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline for our consulting services. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels Generate new business opportunities for IT consulting, staffing, and ERP/HCM services Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for senior sales or Clovio's leadership teams. Understand client requirements and position Clovio Consultings offerings effectively Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM or tracking sheets. Conduct market research to identify target accounts, industries, and decision-makers Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support closure Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets Maintain professional communication with prospects and ensure a positive brand image Requirements 12 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Services Sales Exposure to IT consulting, staffing, ERP, HCM, SaaS, or technology services is preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Confident in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting Basic understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification, and CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Good organizational and follow-up skills Good to Have Experience selling IT consulting or staffing services Familiarity with global markets (US, Middle East, Europe, APAC) Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar Basic understanding of ERP/HCM platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) Benefits Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing IT consulting startup Clear career progression into Sales Consultant / Business Development roles Performance-based incentives Exposure to global clients and enterprise technologies Collaborative and learning-focused work culture
