The Function | Accountabilities
We are looking for a results-driven SSD Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs , providing technical solutions , and managing the sales process to achieve order targets . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solution sales , excellent communication skills , and a customer-centric approach .
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Prospecting using cold-calling, email, WhatsApp, SMS messages, and other forms of digital/social media outreach.
- Handling the inbound and outbound calls/emails effectively.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and assigned sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers .
- Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively positioning technical products and solutions .
Solution Selling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions .
- Collaborate with category and product specialist team to provide customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients , addressing technical queries and concerns.
- Work closely with the support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction .
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships .
Sales Process & Reporting
- Prepare and present sales proposals , quotations, and contract negotiations .
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities , customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
