This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and providing excellent customer service. This role includes fostering relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. The executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, ensuring effective client interactions and support
- Experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with hardware, sanitaryware, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
