The Function | Accountabilities
We are looking for a results-driven SSD Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs , providing technical solutions , and managing the sales process to achieve order targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solution sales , excellent communication skills , and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Prospecting using cold-calling, email, Whats App, SMS messages, and other forms of digital/social media outreach.
Handling the inbound and outbound calls/emails effectively.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and assigned sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively positioning technical products and solutions.
Solution Selling
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with category and product specialist team to provide customized solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients , addressing technical queries and concerns.
Work closely with the support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Sales Process & Reporting
Prepare and present sales proposals , quotations, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities , customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
