Location: Chennai
Driven by Kemin’s spirit of "Compelled by Curiosity," the Inside sales Executive" supports channel partnerships and commodity sales, contributing to market expansion and customer success. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships, executing sales strategies, supporting channel partners, and learning industry dynamics through structured performance tracking, training, and engagement initiatives.


Responsibilities


+ Identify potential new customers through research, networking, and databases; document and maintain an updated customer database to support sales and marketing activities.

+ Make cold and warm calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and route them to the sales team or distributors.

+ Actively search for new and “hungry” distributors, build strong relationships, and support their onboarding process.

+ Assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with day-to-day sales activities, reporting, coordination, and follow-ups across the South Asia region.

+ Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information for customers and distributors.

+ Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities, upcoming trends, and competitor activities.

+ Gather competitor intelligence, including product launches, pricing strategies, and distributor networks, and share insights with the sales team.

+ Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between customers, distributors, and internal departments.

+ Provide timely updates, reports, and MIS data to management for better sales planning and decision-making.


Qualifications


Any Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in sales or Business Development.
MBA degree will be an added advantage.
