Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales operations in the ceramic tile and sanitary ware segment. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential B2B clients — including real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants — to identify project requirements, introduce product offerings, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory — what we value more is a street-smart attitude, strong communication skills, and a hunger to grow in the building materials space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients (developers, architects, consultants, contractors) through market intelligence, online portals, industry databases, and references.
  • Understand upcoming and ongoing real estate projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
  • Create and maintain a qualified lead database by geography, segment, and potential.

2. Client Outreach & Qualification

  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
  • Briefly explain the company’s product offerings and value proposition tailored to the project type.
  • Capture key client requirements such as tile and sanitaryware needs, project area (e.g., 20,000 sq.ft.), timelines, budgets, and specifications.

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Fix and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the relevant sales/account manager.
  • Ensure meetings are aligned with the client’s availability and preferences.
  • Coordinate internally to prepare for meetings (product samples, catalogues, presentations, etc.).

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Share regular updates with the line manager for tracking and strategic planning.
  • Flag any hot leads or urgent requirements immediately.

5. Support & Follow-Up

  • Provide post-meeting support by ensuring timely follow-ups, sending brochures or product specs.
  • Track progress on leads handed over to the sales team and update the system accordingly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Comfort with tele calling, cold outreach, and B2B interactions and lead qualification
  • Willingness to learn the product portfolio and industry dynamics
  • Time management and ability to multitask
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

  • Experience in sales/pre-sales/business development in tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, or building materials
  • Background in real estate, architecture, construction, or interiors
