Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can promote the sales of our credit card along with providing the necessary customer support, thereby making it a unique experience for all our credit card users.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the candidate will lie in generating the credit card leads and ultimately increasing the credit card sales
Engaging and educating customers on the product usage
Communicating with the clients and sales representatives
Conveying the brand information to customers and responding to their questions or inquiries that arise
Responsible for daily or monthly sales targets
Resolving complaints of the customers from their card usage experience
Coordinate with other related departments in achieving the goal whenever required.
