Role Overview


The Inside Sales professional will support revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and working closely with field sales and account teams. The role focuses on outbound and inbound sales activities, pipeline management, and customer engagement across target accounts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timelines
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales / Account Managers
