Job Description

We are hiring Inside Sales responsible for converting warm inbound leads into confirmed business. The environment is goal-driven and high-activity, with strong upside through commission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and in person
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and book advising appointments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment
  • Complete enrollment documentation accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in sales, admissions, call centre, or customer service
  • Comfortable with targets, metrics, and outbound follow-up
  • Strong verbal communicator with rapport-building skills
  • Organized, motivated, and self-disciplined

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (based on experience) + Unlimited Commission
