What will I be doing

?

Responsibilities within the Inside Sales Executive role:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Inside Sales customers through regular outbound call activity in line with the customer contact strategy to maximise the customer experience and reduce churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer portfolio through analysing customer data, behaviour and trends. New business and growth opportunities will be managed through the CitySprint opportunity sales cycle to ensure conversion rates are achieved.
  • Achievement of all KPIs including the generation of appointments for the respective Business Development Executives. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the local operational teams and internal stakeholders to support with customer queries to deliver outstanding service performance to all customers in the portfolio.
