Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and requests, converting prospects into potential clients.
- Proactively address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, interactive, and professional communication.
- Compile and analyze customer data post-payment to generate accurate sales reports and insights.
Requirements
- Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills .
- Proven experience in customer success or sales support via phone, email, and chat.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 0.6–1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer engagement.
