Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and requests, converting prospects into potential clients.
  • Proactively address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, interactive, and professional communication.
  • Compile and analyze customer data post-payment to generate accurate sales reports and insights.

Requirements

  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills .
  • Proven experience in customer success or sales support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 0.6–1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer engagement.
