About Pebble:

Pebble is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand in India, with a strong presence in both offline retail and eCommerce. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue by converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads
  • Engage with customers who have shown interest in Pebble products and convert inquiries into sales
  • Handle customer objections confidently and provide suitable product solutions
  • Maintain and drive sales metrics in line with defined process targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in inside sales (preferably consumer electronics, gadgets, or technology products)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
  • Experience in selling smart gadgets, wearables, or electronic products
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C sales environments
