Pebble is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand in India, with a strong presence in both offline retail and e Commerce. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue by converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads
- Engage with customers who have shown interest in Pebble products and convert inquiries into sales
- Handle customer objections confidently and provide suitable product solutions
- Maintain and drive sales metrics in line with defined process targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in inside sales (preferably consumer electronics, gadgets, or technology products)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
- Experience in selling smart gadgets, wearables, or electronic products
- Prior experience in e-commerce or D2 C sales environments
