Inside Sales Executive
Pompano Beach, FL (On-Site)

Salary: $40k Base + Commission

OTE: $100k+ in Year 1 (Top reps earn $200k+)

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Pompano Beach. You'll be making high-volume outbound calls and closing deals in the real estate space. This is a full-time, in-office role with huge earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make approximately 150 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients.

  • Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on our services.

  • Use lead lists to connect with hard-to-reach homeowners and their contacts.

  • Coordinate remote document execution (e-signatures, notary coordination, etc.).
