Job Description:



  • Actively sourcing NEW SALES opportunities through cold-calling and emailing, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Closing SALES AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying SALES OPPORTUNITIES. Creating a SALES PIPELINE to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

  • Following up on SALES INQUIRIES that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

  • Setting up FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Updating the SALES CRM SYSTEM regularly.

  • End-to-end client onboarding from SALES PRESENTATION to negotiation, final closer, handling account to execution team.

  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

  • Advising customers on suitable service selection based on their needs and specifications.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of service features and benefits.


Desired Candidate Profile:



  • Good command of English (both written and verbal). Strong communication and IT fluency.

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, creative talents, and the ability to solve tough problems.

  • Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.

  • Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its current events.

  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations & attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Must Qualification:



  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Min TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred with the ability to achieve targets.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

  • Proven SALES EXPERIENCE & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

  • Excellent negotiation and consultative SALES SKILLS along with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong listening and sales skills.
