Inside Sales Executive — B2B Services & Talent Marketplace (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing company operating in the B2B services and talent marketplace sector, serving enterprise and SMB clients across India and global markets. We deliver outsourced talent, staffing and professional services using data-driven sales processes and a consultative approach. We are hiring an on-site Inside Sales Executive to drive pipeline generation, qualification and revenue growth across strategic accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle inside sales activities: proactively prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into revenue through outbound calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM; prepare weekly forecasts and activity reports to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
