As an Aftermarket Inside Sales Account Manager, you will focus on driving sales and revenue growth within the aftermarket segment. Your role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Key responsibilities include creating opportunities for Agilent's customer base and promoting After Market services such as, Service Contracts, Lab Wide Services (LWS), Multi-Vendor Services (MVS), and Compliance & Consultancy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
