Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team by engaging with potential prospects, understanding their business needs, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups and conversations.
On a day-to-day basis, the intern will:
- Make outbound calls to potential prospects and introduce Adhvitiya’s services clearly
- Follow up with interested and pre-qualified leads generated through campaigns and outreach
- Understand client requirements and position services accordingly
- Handle basic objections and guide prospects toward the next step or closure
- Qualify leads based on intent, budget, and readiness
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking to strangers and handling phone-based sales conversations
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- Willingness to make consistent follow-up calls without hesitation
- No fear of rejection; ability to stay motivated after unsuccessful calls
- Basic understanding of professionalism and time management
- Willingness to learn sales frameworks, pitch structures, and objection handling
- Open to feedback and eager to improve performance
