Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team by engaging with potential prospects, understanding their business needs, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups and conversations.

On a day-to-day basis, the intern will:

  • Make outbound calls to potential prospects and introduce Adhvitiya’s services clearly
  • Follow up with interested and pre-qualified leads generated through campaigns and outreach
  • Understand client requirements and position services accordingly
  • Handle basic objections and guide prospects toward the next step or closure
  • Qualify leads based on intent, budget, and readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking to strangers and handling phone-based sales conversations
  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory)
  • Willingness to make consistent follow-up calls without hesitation
  • No fear of rejection; ability to stay motivated after unsuccessful calls
  • Basic understanding of professionalism and time management
  • Willingness to learn sales frameworks, pitch structures, and objection handling
  • Open to feedback and eager to improve performance
