Role Overview
As a Sales Intern (Learning Advisor), you will support the sales team in driving customer acquisition for job-oriented upskilling programs in Analytics and Data Science. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and customer engagement process.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Engagement & Counseling: Connect with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels and counsel them on suitable learning programs.
- New Customer Acquisition: Assist in converting leads generated from marketing campaigns into enrollments by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right courses.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, address queries, and ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales experience.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Update lead details, track progress, and support reporting activities using CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

- Freshers or final-year students from any stream.
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with people.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
