Role Overview

As a Sales Intern (Learning Advisor), you will support the sales team in driving customer acquisition for job-oriented upskilling programs in Analytics and Data Science. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and customer engagement process.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Engagement & Counseling: Connect with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels and counsel them on suitable learning programs.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Assist in converting leads generated from marketing campaigns into enrollments by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right courses.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, address queries, and ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales experience.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Update lead details, track progress, and support reporting activities using CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.


Who Can Apply

  • Freshers or final-year students from any stream.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with people.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a positive mindset.
