Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generator / Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in IT services and software sales in international markets. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and setting up sales calls for the leadership and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate high-quality leads for IT services and software solutions for International markets.
● Perform prospect research and outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar tools.
● Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital channels
● Qualify prospects based on business requirements and decision-making authority
● Schedule discovery and sales calls for the sales leadership team
● Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot CRM
● Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
● Maintain a professional approach and represent the company brand effectively
Required Skills & Experience
● 2–4 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales within an IT services or software company
● Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

○ HubSpot CRM
● Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and outsourcing models
● Proven ability to consistently meet targets
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong prospecting, follow-up, and CRM management skills
Educational Qualification
● B.Tech / B.E. (preferred)
● MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred)
