Job Description – Inside-Sales Executive

Location: Office Based (No WFH). Noida, Sector 63

Employment: Full Time, 6 days working

Job Description:

The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales function by conducting outbound cold calls to identify the right decision-makers and Points of Contact (POCs) within target organizations. The role involves lead qualification, data handling, and coordination with the sales team to enable effective conversions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound cold calls to identify decision-makers and relevant POCs. Attempting at-least 80 to 100 calls in a day and maintaining the talk time of at-least 15 Hrs weekly.

• Matrix would be defined by connected calls, call quality, identifying the right POCs.

• Maintaining accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead status
