- Own end-to-end inside sales performance for assigned portfolios
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-energy sales team
- Drive conversions through strong funnel management and follow-ups
- Track daily metrics, forecasts, and closures with clear accountability
- Work closely with marketing and placement teams to deliver outcomes
