JOB PURPOSE
What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.
The main objective of the job would be to motivate & convince prospects to opt for the programs offered by Stack Route.
Inside Sales support in terms of collecting target audience database for Stack Route, generating leads, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign and coordinating other Sales activities.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
Inside Sales Activities/Support: The Job includes all the following pre sales activities:
Initiate and execute the internal process for lead management, ensuring that all qualified leads are delivered to the appropriate sales manager at the right time.
Lead management through CRM tool.
Conceptualize, define and execute a diverse range of marketing programs, including cold calling, telemarketing, webinars, events, email campaigns.
Solid understanding of list procurement, list cleansing, marketing automation software, (Acton preferred), lead nurturing, campaign execution.
Analytical: Know how to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics..
Generating corporate leads

Number of leads generated / Meetings.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
What are the minimum entry level requirements for the job, in terms of Qualification and Experience:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA or relevant Masters preferred) 5+ year of Inside Sales experience in Education Management Space.
Skills and Knowledge
Vendor management: Ability to work with external resources to design campaigns, landing pages, call to action etc.
Creativity in describing or designing messages and calls to action that make prospects sit up and take notice
Excellent writing, presentation, communication and skills
Knowledge of IT Services, GCC & Product Companies.
Data Crunching, Market Intelligence (Industry Updates, Competition)
