Job Brief


We are looking for a driven and hands-on Inside Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our inside sales operations across India.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys converting leads into revenue, and excels at building high-performing inside sales teams.

You will own lead conversion, team performance, CRM discipline, and revenue growth for our Print-on-Demand (POD), Corporate, and Reseller sales channels primarily through phone, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


1. Inside Sales POD & Digital Leads

  • Own the complete inside sales funnel for POD business across India
  • Convert inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, ads, and marketplaces into confirmed orders
  • Define and enforce lead response SLAs, follow-up cadence, and closure processes
  • Drive improvements in:
  • Lead-to-order conversion
  • Average order value (AOV)
  • Repeat orders and cross-selling


2. Team Building & Management

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team
  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each team member
  • Conduct regular call reviews, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and customer focus


3. Corporate & Reseller Inside Sales Support

  • Support corporate and reseller sales through inside sales outreach and coordination
  • Handle inbound bulk and institutional queries
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with field sales (where applicable)
  • Maintain strong relationships with key corporate and reseller accounts


4. Sales Planning & Performance Tracking

  • Own inside sales targets and revenue plans
  • Create weekly and monthly sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Lead aging
  • Conversion ratios
  • Revenue per agent
  • Order frequency


5. CRM & Sales Process Excellence

  • Ensure 100% CRM usage by the inside sales team
  • Track leads, pipeline, orders, collections, and follow-ups
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Improve forecast accuracy to support production and inventory planning


6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaigns
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet delivery commitments
  • Align customer expectations with stock availability and timelines
  • Proactively reduce order delays and customer escalations


7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain pricing discipline and approval workflows
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and policy compliance
  • Identify risks early and propose corrective actions
  • Share structured insights on market trends and customer behavior


Qualifications

  • 6 9 years of experience in inside sales or telesales leadership
  • Experience in Apparel, Textile, FMCG, B2B, or D2C businesses
  • Proven ability to scale inside sales teams and processes
  • Exposure to pan-India customer handling
  • Experience in blank apparel, POD, uniforms, or corporate gifting is a strong plus
