Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to build, lead and manage our inside sales team, with a strong focus on driving growth in our aftermarket consumable business. This role is responsible for increasing sales of consumable products, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the success of the sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership a deep understanding of aftermarket consumables, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build, lead, manage, and grow a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas, with an emphasis on expanding our aftermarket consumable business.
