Inside Sales Manager

Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an Inside Sales Manager.

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is a manager and sales leader responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the inside sales team. This role involves managing inside sales associates, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets branch sales goals as well as performing individual selling efforts. The ISM will also provide training and mentoring to new salespeople and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer service.
