Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Build, lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team
- Set individual and team targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion into orders
- Support field sales team with pre-sales, quotations, and customer coordination
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Process & CRM Management
- Establish and streamline inside sales processes and SOPs
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups)
- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion ratios
Customer Coordination
- Handle key accounts and escalations related to pricing, delivery, and service
