Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team
  • Set individual and team targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
  • Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion into orders
  • Support field sales team with pre-sales, quotations, and customer coordination
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Process & CRM Management

  • Establish and streamline inside sales processes and SOPs
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups)
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion ratios

Customer Coordination

  • Handle key accounts and escalations related to pricing, delivery, and service
