Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Build, lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team
Set individual and team targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion into orders
Support field sales team with pre-sales, quotations, and customer coordination
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Process & CRM Management
Establish and streamline inside sales processes and SOPs
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups)
Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion ratios
Customer Coordination
Handle key accounts and escalations related to pricing, delivery, and service
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and RFQs
