Leadership & Mentorship

+ Train, supervise, and coach inside sales representatives in customer service practices, product knowledge, and sales tactics.

Strategic Execution

+ Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and product managers to develop and execute regional or product‑based sales revenue budgets and strategic plans.

Data‑Driven Analysis

+ Analyze sales data and customer feedback on a regular basis to identify broader market trends and provide actionable reports to management.

Process Optimization

+ Continually monitor inside sales processes to identify compliance gaps or bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Operational Oversight

+ Oversee all quoting activities, evaluate and assign new customer leads, and approve special pricing on a case‑by‑case basis.
