Overview

As the Inside Sales Manager for EMEA, you will lead a team of inside sales professionals within the MedTech Digital Channel & Capability organization. Your mission is to elevate regional sales performance by empowering your team, optimizing omnichannel engagement capabilities, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global, regional, and local partners.

You will oversee the deployment and adoption of digital sales tools and platforms, drive continuous improvement of the customer engagement ecosystem, and ensure your team delivers measurable business impact through high‑quality customer interactions.
