As an Aftermarket Inside Sales Account Manager, you will focus on driving sales and revenue growth within the aftermarket segment. Your role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Key responsibilities include creating opportunities for Agilent’s customer base and promoting After Market services such as, Service Contracts, Lab Wide Services (LWS), Multi-Vendor Services (MVS), and Compliance & Consultancy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry, or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts development and service priorities to maximize productivity and efficiency. Identify client needs and pain points to effectively position aftermarket solutions.

  • Implement sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools for accurate data entry, improve efficiency, and sales reporting.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Digital Sales: Promote and drive customer utilization of Agilent's online sales channels.

  • Solution Selling: Understand the full range of aftermarket products and services offered by the company and articulate their value proposition to clients. Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, using CRM tools and processes. Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

  • Work closely with Sales Management, Product Specialists and Technical Sales across various functions as well as aftermarket sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor / master’s degree in Life Sciences, engineering or equivalent education.

  • Candidate with 2+ Years of Experience in Sales with analytical & strategic thinking

  • Excellent influencing, convincing & cross-function collaboration skills

  • Experience in B2B Inside Sales in technology-based products.

  • Prior experience in managing remote sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and handle complex sales negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals

  • Experience in managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.

  • Ability to measure and analyze customer’s KPI’s. (Key Performance Indicators)

    This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
