Customer Relationship Owner for all types of customers (excluding distributors/resellers/Solution Partners).
Builds and maintains customer relationships, identifies market opportunities, achieves revenue goals, and ensures long-term customer retention. Differentiation is based on market access type. Inside Sales Rep: Responsible for smaller customers only being served virtually.
- Administer and manage the sales, development, and growth of specific customer accounts.
