Establish close working relationships with the regional Sales Team. Support relevant Hardware, Software, Services, Accessories, and shim quotations up to $15k in value. Proactively support the Regional Sales Team in customer follow-up, lead generation, and order handling. Management of the recurring Product Support Agreements: customer contact, quotation, and renewals. Own and coordinate inquiries inbox and opportunity allocation, follow up through Sales Force Drive Service business and related RFQ’s keeping in regular contact with opportunity contacts to execute orders and ensure revenue targets are met including Calibration, Training + Warranty renewals/expansion.
