Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Our Inside Sales Representative will focus on sales growth within an assigned book of business. You will provide exceptional customer service levels and drive incremental sales solutions to existing customers in a B2B environment. This role works in collaboration with assigned outside sales reps aligned with our HVAC/R products and solutions.

DUTIES:

Generate sales related to HVAC/R products and solutions.

Maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers.

Support customers in quotes, take offs, order entry, coordinating parts, supplies, accessories, and equipment.

Work with key suppliers on pricing and product sourcing.

Conduct data mining to identify potential product sales through report analysis, customer communications, and direct collaboration with the assigned customers and their dedicated outside sales representatives.
