Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the assigned regional territory and partner/customer relationships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and customers

  • Handle inbound inquiries, renewals, pricing, and quotations

  • Proactively drive outbound sales calls to generate demand and new opportunities

  • Execute weekly demand generation plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Track and manage funnel, pipeline, and quota attainment in CRM

  • Meet assigned revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts

  • Collaborate closely with OSRs, Product Managers, and Business Managers

  • Identify and onboard new customers and channel partners

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare regular performance reports

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales (IT product distribution preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability in lead generation, renewals, and closing deals

  • Customer-focused and result-driven mindset

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and pipeline management

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
