:Reporting to the Regional VP Business Development, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building, and strengthening new business relationships with potential prospects and understanding the advisor's book of business (goals, targets,) while uncovering opportunities to recommend Beneva products. This role will also be involved in developing sales strategies, marketing concepts and to provide support to the Business Development Directors. This role combines proactive sales activities and value-added services through daily telephone contact with existing and new advisors in the region.
Salary Range: $69,341 - $98,592/year *
Responsibilities
Achieve activity and sales targets, including 25 pro-active contacts per week and business planning.
