Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the business development and account management teams. This role also manages a portfolio of small-to-mid size accounts and identifies opportunities to cross-sell Nothers' full range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Book and handle customer appointments for sales
- Assist customers with pickups and payments
- Refer incoming leads to Sales Representatives or the Business Development team as appropriate.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and re-engage lapsed clients.
- Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid size accounts directly (under $2,500 threshold), ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell awards, promotional products, and signage.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Work Conditions:
· General office hours are Monday — Friday 8:30 am — 5:00 pm.
· Mostly working on a computer using various software programs.
· Data entry and sitting for extended periods of time.
· Fast-paced position.
· Occasional overtime or working outside of regular business hours may be required.
