We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our Environmental Channel Partner Sales Team for the EMEA region. This role is essential in ensuring efficient sales processes, effective customer communication, and exceptional support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
As a Partners Inside Sales Representative, you will:
+ Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, and client services to ensure smooth sales operations.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business.
+ Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new partners in the region.
+ Respond to partner inquiries regarding orders.
+ Prepare and manage quotations for products.
+ Utilize CRM/ERP systems and other databases to manage sales processes.
+ Provide logistical support for events such as workshops and customer/partner conferences.
+ Ensure all sales documentation adheres to company standards and is accurate.
+ Assist in solving customer problems and ensuring their success.
What We’re Looking For :-
Essential Skills and Attributes
+ Strong organizational skills to manage complex sales orders and quotations.
+ Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication.
+ Exceptional problem-solving and customer service abilities.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
+ Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP tools.
+ Basic technical understanding of scientific measurement systems and their applications.
+ Fluency in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
+ Degree in life sciences, environmental sciences, or engineering fields.
+ 3-5 years’ experience in technical sales or sales coordination within a technical/engineering-driven industry. Experience working with channel partners is desirable.
+ Additional languages are desirable.
