Job Description
Kraken Bond is a manufacturer and distributor of professional-grade spray foam insulation, sealants, and adhesives used by contractors, dealers, and serious DIYers. The sales team focuses on converting inbound leads from online marketing into long‑term B2B and B2C customers.
Key Responsibility
- Contact fresh inbound leads (no cold calling lists) via phone, email, and WhatsApp to qualify interest and needs.
- Understand whether the lead is a contractor, dealer/distributor, or homeowner, and position the right Kraken Bond products for their projects.
- Run structured discovery calls to estimate potential usage and recommend product bundles and starter orders.
- Create, send, and follow up on quotes; update lead and deal stages in the CRM (Zoho).
- Coordinate with marketing when lead quality issues or common questions appear repeatedly.
