Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to achieve sales targets. This includes making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential leads, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. You will also be expected to collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A graduate degree is required for this role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
