Job Description

As an inside Sales Rep, you will conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations of recommended solutions.


 

 

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Understand customer needs thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that support long-term relationships.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement.
  • Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations of recommended solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Engage potential customers by building pipeline opportunities and establishing strong initial connections.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions.


 

 

 

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Strong persuasive and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, ideally within B2B, tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently exceed targets.
  • Ability to accept and apply feedback to continually improve performance.
  • Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
