About The Role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (B2B) to engage with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline for a fast-growing AI company.

This role is suited for professionals with 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience who enjoy structured sales processes, meaningful conversations, and target-driven work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound B2B leads
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects
  • Interact directly with founders, managers, and key decision-makers
  • Schedule product demos and support the closure process
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and update the sales pipeline in CRM
  • Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets consistently
  • Collaborate closely with founders and senior sales leadership
