Job Summary

Under general direction, as an Inside Sales Representative, you will combine strong customer service skills with proactive sales activities to drive growth across LATAM markets, leading customer engagement and sales growth within your assigned region, focusing on the Aftermarket segment.

The position will manage inbound inquiries, follow up on open quotes, prepare and send proposals, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively develop new business opportunities. Travel is not mandatory; however, up to approximately 10-20% travel to customer sites within LATAM may be required to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. The position is primarily office-based.

Your mission is to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across key end markets, including animal feed, oilseed, biomass, pet food, rendering and industrial.
