Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at a startup organization should be good to have.


Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Experience: ~2-5 years

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2-5 years at an AWS Partner company (India) is a preference


Strong understanding of:

  • IW – Incremental Workload Migration,  MAP and AWS startup funding programs! 
  • AWS startup credits/ funding construct  Personally handled Lead → Discovery → SQL → Revenue release
  • Has worked closely with AWS Startup AMs / SAs
  • Can clearly name the startup customers they handled
  • AWS Practitioner certification (Cloud or AI) preferred
  • Bengaluru-based, onsite role

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert AWS-shared and partner-sourced leads 
  • Drive discovery calls and AWS startup conversations
  • Support IW / MAP motions end-to-end
  • Coordinate with AWS and internal teams until revenue is released
  • Maintain clean tracking of SQLs, funding, and closures - preference
