Role Overview (Inside Sales Representative)

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth for our Managed IT Services and Infrastructure solutions. It is a sales coordination and deal-support role, working closely with sales managers, vendors, and customers until closure.


You will

  • Support the sales team across the full sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure)
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing and quotations
  • Prepare, send, and revise commercial proposals
  • Follow up with customers on proposals, pricing, and next steps
  • Act as a coordination bridge between customers, vendors, pre-sales, and sales managers


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and assist outbound sales activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to obtain quotes and solution details
  • Prepare and manage proposals, commercials, and revisions
  • Track follow-ups with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and notes in CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Support sales managers with end-to-end coordination until deal closure


You SHOULD apply if you have

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / sales support / sales coordination
  • Exposure to IT services, managed services, infrastructure, or technology solutions
  • Experience handling proposals, pricing, and customer follow-ups
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfort working in an office-based role in Bangalore
