Role Overview (Inside Sales Representative)
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth for our Managed IT Services and Infrastructure solutions. It is a sales coordination and deal-support role, working closely with sales managers, vendors, and customers until closure.
You will
- Support the sales team across the full sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure)
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and quotations
- Prepare, send, and revise commercial proposals
- Follow up with customers on proposals, pricing, and next steps
- Act as a coordination bridge between customers, vendors, pre-sales, and sales managers
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and assist outbound sales activities
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to obtain quotes and solution details
- Prepare and manage proposals, commercials, and revisions
- Track follow-ups with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and notes in CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Support sales managers with end-to-end coordination until deal closure
You SHOULD apply if you have
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / sales support / sales coordination
- Exposure to IT services, managed services, infrastructure, or technology solutions
- Experience handling proposals, pricing, and customer follow-ups
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfort working in an office-based role in Bangalore
