Job Description
As a **Representative - Inside Sales** , you will support revenue growth by managing and developing existing customer relationships through proactive selling of the company’s products and services. You will obtain, create, and upsell orders while delivering a consistent, value-driven customer experience.
This role focuses on expanding the current book of accounts through consultative selling techniques and close collaboration with Outside Sales, Marketing, and National Accounts to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
+ Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
+ Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
