Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is looking for a detail‑orientated and customer service‑driven inside sales representative. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling a large volume of emails and calls every day.

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales the primary role of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to position Tsubaki as the service leader by:

• Exceeding customer expectations.
• Providing professional point‑of‑service contacts.
• Following through on all customer requests including but not limited to:
  • Quotes.
  • Order Acknowledgements.
  • Follow‑ups and Escalations.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effectively managing priorities, and deadlines and achieving response time objectives.
